d-stellar started in 2024, founded by Hernán Castilla and Eduardo Hernández, on one simple idea: cookies can be the excuse to build community.
We started baking in short batches for a handful of Condesa neighbors. We're still doing exactly that — we just fit exactly right now, and that feels perfect.
Every month we reinvent the cookie and drinks collection. Every so often, we dim the lights for a screening, a collaboration, or a small party that feels enormous.
